The owner is only too familiar with the demands of the filming industry having worked as an artist on many shoots so understands early call times, 12 hour days and the amount of equipment that potentially needs to be brought in as well as the volume of people in production.

The house features block paved drive and double frontage partially bordered by hedge offering perfect arrival and departure scenes by any vehicle or actor. There is a garage to the side of the house. The front door is a traditional solid wood appearance covered by a brick open porchway for perfect drive on entrance shots. With an elegant large rounded front window bay and lead pained double glazing, the house features white upper exterior walls with traditional black timber framing.

To the right of the house is a public unrestricted parking side road that could provide space for 2-3 equipment and power generation HGV trucks / trailers without public obstruction. There are also public car parks 2 minutes away on the main road that subject to the necessary permissions, could cater for further facilities / crew.

For productions looking for interior shoots also, the main hallway, and front living room is stripped floorboards while the large kitchen / dining area is a matt graphite floor tile so the whole of the ground floor is ideally suited for the volumes of crew and equipment required on set.

The Kitchen Dining area offers a large kitchen with island and bar stool seating and with the clearing of dining room, offers enough space for any kitchen centric shoot. The dining space currently houses an 8 seat dining table with ample space surrounding which would provide enough space for any dolly and moving camera positioning. The current decor is a cream ceiling and wall with wood worksurfaces. The owner is very adaptable should production wish to discuss any colour redressing. Personal affects are fairly minimal so easily cleared for any art department specific dressing.

There is also a side access gate to the house for any rear garden requirements, laid to lawn, two small plum trees, established shrubs and a large well established patio area that the kitchen / diner looks on to.

The owner can be available on site as required or happy to relocate for extensive filming requirements.
